Wonder why our recipes typically have a lower temperature and longer baking time?
Because of the terpenes and cannabinoids! They burn off at different temperatures - one reason why some like controlled vaping and edible making rather than smoking uncontrolled joints and bowls.
Terpenes are what provide the scent and flavour in cannabis and other flowers and plants such as relaxing lavender or energizing lemon.
